Leading micro-cap investment firm provides top-returns for investors through Verizon property.
Succession Capital Partners (SCP), a specialty-private equity firm focused on the micro-cap alternative asset class in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast, announced today the exit of a single-tenant asset located at 6501 Wilkinson Boulevard in Belmont, North Carolina.
“The Belmont property was a very successful investment for SCP and most importantly for our investors, with returns in the top 3% of net lease investments over the same time period,” said Matt Malone, managing partner of SCP. “Our micro-cap model enables us to identify valuable real estate assets with tenants like Mattress Firm, AT&T, Advance Auto Parts and O’Reilly Auto Parts for our investors. We look forward to continuing to grow both our private equity and real estate portfolio.”
Verizon Wireless is the Belmont property’s tenant, which is strategically located at a signalized intersection that experiences traffic exceeding 35,000 vehicles per day. Interstate 85 is located approximately one-quarter mile north of the property and experiences traffic exceeding 119,000 vehicles per day. The surrounding trade area features numerous national retailers including Walmart Supercenter, Lowe’s, Walgreens, CVS, McDonald’s, Advance Auto Parts, Bank of America and Wells Fargo.
